Closing Ritual - Facing the Unkown - 2nd march

Monday 2/3 from 12:30-1:00 pm the exhibition will close with the closing ritual

You will wait in the café above the exhibition and I will come out and get you at 12:30pm.

"Through words you will be guided through your inner self where we will face the unknown and explore in playful ways through awakening the senses. We will touch with the hands and hear. As the exhibition takes form through the ocean, this will be an exploration of water. You will have blindfold on from start to end and will be placed safely on a soft spot where the whole experience will take place."

The exploration takes form of expanding your own conscious choices in your daily life. We will do easy breathwork, we will laugh and we focus until we let go.

However. This is not a replacement for any forms of therapy and no personal memories will be explored. This is an initiation itself to go on a journey in the now.

Practical information

You wait at Café Kanten Kofoeds School, Holmbladsgade 120, 2300 Copenhagen S, above the exhibition and I will get you at 12:30pm.
I will place your bag a safe place and will hand you over the blindfold and then we enter the room together.
The room is cold, remember to wear a sweater, beanie or whatever keeps you warm. The heat will be on but the room is cold.
